After ten long days ‘Herman’ the German friendship cake is baked, he smells amazing.
The principle is this, he is given to you as a small mixture from a friend which you put on the kitchen side covering loosely with a cloth for the next ten days, you stir him daily, my kids did this each day stirring in a wish or happy memory, you add various things to him like flour milk and sugar and then on day 9 you split the mixture passing three on to friends keeping one back for yourself for day 10.
Day 10 apples, flour, sugar and cinnamon get added to Herman ready for him to bake, this is the finished article he smells amazing and has been great fun to do.

Echo has been poorly this week and has been diagnosed with Colitis after a trip to the vets she’s been told that she has to eat plain food mainly consisting of rice and fat removed chicken, she’s finding this a little difficult, she knows what’s in the green box (biscuits) she’s currently been sat staring at it for the last 25 minutes hoping that a digestive might spontaneously jump out of the box, poor Echo, it’s not going to happen

I wonder how many parents are waking up with the face of ‘Billie’ bones this morning, the latest build your own body magazine is out, my son is allowed to have the head.
It was pointed out to me that if you collect the whole body you will have spent £200, blimey eh
